Good Evening, Ladies…
Since that is generally how the four of us are greeted when we sit down for dinner, that is how the blog begins. Lauri, Beth, Sasha, and (before she moved back east) Jane visit a different restaurant in Seattle each month, and this blog is meant to chronicle the evening. Food, life, trivia, whatever. I’m such a nerd.
Let it be known that we call it Menu Club because in a former incantation, we were a book club. Notionally, back then, we all read a book once a month and met at someone’s house for dinner. When that disbanded, a few of us decided to go out to dinner instead — and all you really need to read for that meeting is a menu. Hence, Book Club became… Menu Club.
If any of the others would like to be added as contributors (and I highly encourage you to do so), please just let me know. -Beth
This Menu Club meets once a month, usually on the third Wednesday, at 8pm, location TBD.
