Since that is generally how the four of us are greeted when we sit down for dinner, that is how the blog begins. Lauri, Beth, Sasha, and Jane visit a different restaurant in Seattle each month, and this blog is meant to chronicle the evening. Food, life, trivia, whatever. I’m such a nerd.
Let it be known that we call it Menu Club because in a former incantation, we were a book club. Notionally, back then, we all read a book once a month and met at someone’s house for dinner. When that disbanded, a few of us decided to go out to dinner instead — and all you really need to read for that meeting is a menu. Hence, Book Club became… Menu Club.
